You do not have to be an educator to benefit from BLLX. If you play a role in helping children feel safe, supported, heard, and equipped to thrive, this experience was designed with you in mind.

The Bullying, Literacy, & Leadership Experience is designed for participation—not simply sitting and listening all day. 

Throughout BLLX, you’ll engage in interactive breakout sessions, practical discussions, real-world scenarios, and the Immersive Bullying Simulation™, where you’ll experience how perspective, incomplete information, and assumptions can influence the way adults understand and respond to situations involving children.

You’ll have opportunities to think, question, discuss, experience, reflect, and apply what you are learning—not just take notes.

The goal is simple: Come experience it. Leave better equipped.

The Bullying, Literacy, & Leadership Experience is designed specifically for adults who care for, teach, mentor, coach, counsel, lead, support, serve, and advocate for children. 

Children may attend; however, each person attending must have a paid registration, and parents or caregivers should understand that the sessions, discussions, and interactive experiences are designed for an adult audience.

The children are the reason for BLLX. The adults are the primary participants.

If you choose to register a child, please consider whether the full-day adult-focused programming is appropriate for their age, maturity, and ability to participate in the experience.

The Morrow Center is conveniently located just minutes from Interstate 75 and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, making it easily accessible for attendees throughout metro Atlanta and beyond.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all registered attendees.

Attendees may add an optional box lunch for $15 during registration. 

The box lunch is not included in the $95 registration price. Lunch selections are made during the registration process.

That is cleaner and gives them the actual price instead of saying pricing will be provided later.

What time should I arrive? 

Doors open at 9:00 AM, and the Bullying, Literacy, & Leadership Experience begins promptly at 10:00 AM. 

We encourage attendees to arrive early to check in, pick up their event materials, enjoy light refreshments, and settle in before the opening session begins.

Is parking included? 

Yes. 

Complimentary parking is available for all registered attendees at The Morrow Center.

Will books and other resources be available for purchase? 

Yes.
Books by Angela M. Odom and Elyse Sayers, companion activity books, and carefully selected educational resources that support bullying prevention, literacy, leadership, and child safety will be available for purchase throughout the event while supplies last.

Are tickets refundable? 

Yes. Registration fees are fully refundable through Saturday, October 24, 2026 (seven days before the event). 

After October 24, 2026, refunds are no longer available because final commitments for the venue, catering, materials, and event planning have been made.

Will there be opportunities to meet the presenters? 

Yes. 

Throughout the day there will be opportunities to engage with presenters, educational partners, authors, and fellow attendees during designated networking periods and breaks.

BLLX is not an educator-only experience. It was intentionally designed for any adult who plays a role in a child’s life and wants practical tools to support, guide, and advocate for children.

Whether you are a parent, grandparent, caregiver, coach, mentor, faith leader, community leader, or simply an adult who cares about helping children thrive, there is a place for you at BLLX.

The inaugural Bullying, Literacy, & Leadership Experience is an opportunity to do more than listen—you’ll participate, examine real-world situations, engage with different perspectives, and leave with practical strategies you can use with the children you support. 

You’ll experience interactive learning, including the Immersive Bullying Simulation™, explore bullying, literacy, leadership, advocacy, and child safety through multiple lenses, and connect with other adults committed to helping children thrive.

Because this is the inaugural BLLX, you’ll also be among the first adults to experience and help shape an experience designed to grow and evolve in the years ahead.

Seating is intentionally limited to 92 participants to support an engaging, interactive learning environment.
